Genesis 11:3 - vyamrvaysalrahvhbhnlbnhlbnymvnsrphlsrphvthylhmhlbnhlabnvhchmrhyhlhmlchmr:
And they said [amr] one [ays] to [al] another [ra], Go to [yhb], let us [n] make [lbn] brick [lbnym], and burn [srp] them throughly [srph]. And they had brick [lbnh] for stone [abn], and slime [chmr] they had [hyh] for mortar [chmr].

Genesis 11:4 - vyamrvhbhnbnhlnvayrvmgdlvrasvbsmymvnashlnvsmpnnpvtsalpnyklharts:
And they said [amr], Go to [yhb], let us build [bnh] us a city [ayr] and a tower [mgdl], whose top [ras] may reach unto [b] heaven [smym]; and let us [n] make [ash] us a name [sm], lest we be scattered [pvts] abroad [pn] upon [al] the face [pny] of the [h] whole [kl] earth [arts].

Genesis 11:4 And they said, "Come, let us build us a city, and a tower with its top in [b] the heavens [smym], and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed across the whole earth." [The Chumash, (The Stone Edition), 7th Edition - First Impression... June 1997, p. 49] - [my brackets - D.R.D.]

Genesis 11:5 - vyrdyhvhlratathayrvathmgdlasrbnvbnyhadm:
And [v] the LORD [yhvh] came down [yrd] to [l] see [rah] the [ath] city [ayr] and [v] the [ath] tower [mgdl], which [asr] the children [bn] of men [adm] builded [bnyh].

Genesis 11:6 - vyamryhvhhnamachdvsphachtlklmvzhhchlmlasvtvathlaybtsrmhmklasryzmvlasvt:
And [v] the LORD [yhvh] said [amr], Behold [hn], the people [am] is one [achd], and they have all [kl] one [acht] language [sph]; and this they begin [chll] to [l] do [ash]: and now nothing [la] will be [y] restrained [btsr] from [m] them [hm], which [asr] they have imagined [zmm] to [l] do [asvt].

Genesis 11:6 and [v] HASHEM [yhvh] said [amr], "Behold [hn], they are one [akd] people [am] with one [akt] language [sph] for [l] all [kl], and this they begin [kll] to [l] do [ash]! And now, should it not [la] be [y] witheld [btsr] from [m] them [hm] all [kl] they propose [zmm] to [l] do [asvt]?" [The Chumash, (The Stone Edition), 7th Edition - First Impression... June 1997, p. 49] - [my brackets - D.R.D.]

Genesis 11:7 - hbhnrdhvnblhsmsptmasrlaysmavayssptrahv:
Go to [yhb], let us [n] go down [rd], and there [sm] confound [bll] their [m] language [sph], that [asr] they may not [la] understand [sma] one[ays] another's[ra] speech [sph].

Genesis 11:8 - vyptsyhvhatmmsmalpnyklhartsvykdlvlbnthayr
So the LORD [yhvh] scattered [pvts] them abroad from [m] thence [sm] upon [al] the face [pny] of all [kl] the [h] earth [arts]: and they left off [kdl] to [l] build  [bnh] the city [ayr].

Genesis 11:9 - alknqrasmhbblkysmbllyhvhsptklhartsvmsmhpytsmyhvhalpnyklharts:
Therefore [kn] is the name [sm] of it called [qra] Babel [bbl]; because [ky] the LORD [yhvh] did there [sm] confound [bll] the language [sph] of all [kl] the earth [arts]: and from [m] thence [sm] did [pvts] the LORD [yhvh] scatter [pvts] them abroad upon [al] the face [pny] of all [kl] the earth [arts].

Genesis 11:9 - That is why it was called Babel, because it was there that HASHEM confused the language of the whole earth, and from there HASHEM scattered them over the face of the whole earth. [The Chumash, (The Stone Edition), 7th Edition - First Impression... June 1997, p. 49]
