Specially the day [yvm] that thou stoodest [amd] before [pny] the LORD [yhvh] thy God [alh] in [b] Horeb [chrb], when the LORD [yhvh] said [amr] unto me, Gather [qhl] me the people [am] together, and I will make them hear [sma] my words [dbr], that they may learn [lmd] to fear [yra] me all [kl] the days [ymym] that [asr] they shall live [chyym] upon [al] the [h] earth [admh], and [v] that they may teach [lmd] their children [bny]. [Old Testament, King James Version]

Deuteronomy 4:10 - the day that you stood before HASHEM [yhvh], your God, at Horeb, when HASHEM [yhvh] said to me, "Gather the people to Me and I shall let them hear My words, so that they shall [asr] learn to fear Me all the days that they live on the earth, and they shall teach their children." [Chumash, The Stone Edition]

Deuteronomy 4:11 - vtqrbvn vtamdvn tcht hhr vhhr bar bas ad-lb hsmym chsk ann varpl

And ye came near [qrb] and stood [amd] under [tcht] the mountain [hr]; and the mountain [hr] burned [bar] with [b] fire [as] unto [ad] the midst [lb] of heaven [smym], with darkness [chsk], clouds [ann], and thick darkness [arpl]. [Old Testament, King James Version]

Deuteronomy 4:11 - So you approached and stood at the foot  [tcht] of the mountain, and the mountain was burning with fire up to the heart [lb] of heaven, darkness, cloud, and thick cloud. [Chumash, The Stone Edition]

Deuteronomy 4:12 - vydbr yhvh alykm mtvk has qvl dbrym atm smaym vtmvnh aynkm raym zvlty qvl

And the LORD [yhvh] spake [dbr] unto [al] you out of [m] the midst [tvk] of the fire [as]: ye heard [smaym] the voice [qvl] of the words [dbrym], but saw [rah] no [ayn] similitude [tmvnh]; only [zvlh] ye heard a voice [qvl]. [Old Testament, King James Version]

Deuteronomy 4:12 - HASHEM spoke to you from [m] the midst of the fire; you were hearing [smaym] the sound [qvl] of words, but you were not seeing [raym] a form [tmvnh], only a sound [qvl]. [Chumash, The Stone Edition]

Deuteronomy 4:13 - And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.

Deuteronomy 4:14 - And the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess [yrs] it.

Deuteronomy 4:15 - Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire:

Deuteronomy 4:16 - Lest ye corrupt [scht] yourselves, and make you a graven image [psl], the similitude of any figure [sml], the likeness [chbyt] of male [zkr] or female [nqbh],

Deuteronomy 4:17 - The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged [knp] fowl that flieth [avp] in the air [smym],

Deuteronomy 4:18 - The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath [tcht] the earth:

Deuteronomy 4:19 - And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun [sms], and the moon [yrch], and the stars [kvkb], even all the host [tska] of heaven, shouldest be driven [ndch] to worship [schh] them, and serve [abd] them, which the LORD thy God hath divided [chlq] unto all nations [am] under the whole heaven.

Deuteronomy 4:20 - But the LORD hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron [brzl] furnace [kvr], even out of Egypt [mtsrym], to be unto him a people [am] of inheritance [nchlh], as ye are this day.

Deuteronomy 4:21 - Furthermore the LORD was angry [anp] with me for your sakes [dbr], and sware [sba] that I should not go over [abr] Jordan, and that I should not go [bva] in unto that good land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance:

Deuteronomy 4:22 - But I must die [mvt] in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess [yrs] that good land.

Deuteronomy 4:23 - Take heed [smr] unto yourselves, lest ye forget [skch] the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made [krt] with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness [tmvnh] of any [kl] thing, which the LORD thy God hath forbidden [tsvh] thee.

Deuteronomy 4:24 - For the LORD thy God is a consuming [akl] fire, even a jealous [qna] God [al].

Deuteronomy 4:25 - When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long [ysn] in the land, and shall corrupt [scht] yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil [ra] in the sight [ayn] of the LORD thy God, to provoke him to anger [kas]:

Deuteronomy 4:26 - haydty bkm hyvm at-hsmym vat-harts ky-abd tabdvn mhr mal harts asr atm abrym at-hyrdn smh lrsth la-tarykn ymym alyh ky hsmd tsmdvn

I call [avd] heaven [smym] and earth [harts] to witness [avd] against you this day [yvm], that ye shall soon [mhr] utterly [abd] perish [abd] from off the land whereunto ye go over [abrym] Jordan to possess [rs] it; ye shall not prolong [ark] your days [ymym] upon it, but shall utterly [smd] be destroyed [smd].

Deuteronomy 4:27 - And the LORD shall scatter [pvts] you among the nations [am], and ye shall be left [sar] few [mt] in number [mspr] among the heathen [gvy], whither the LORD shall lead [nhg] you.

Deuteronomy 4:28 - And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.

Deuteronomy 4:29 - But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find [mtsa] him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul [nps].

Deuteronomy 4:30 - When thou art in tribulation [tsr], and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient [sma] unto his voice [qvl];

Deuteronomy 4:31 - [For the LORD thy God is a merciful [rchvm] God;] he will not forsake [rph] thee, neither destroy [scht] thee, nor forget [skch] the covenant of thy fathers which he sware [sba] unto them.

Deuteronomy 4:32 - For ask now of the days that are past [rasvn], which were before [pnym] thee, since the day that God created [bra] man [adm] upon the earth, and ask from the one side [qtsh] of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great [gdvl] thing [dbr] is, or hath been heard [sma] like it?

Deuteronomy 4:33 - Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst [tvk] of the fire, as thou hast heard, and live [chyh]?

Deuteronomy 4:34 - Or hath God assayed [nsh] to go [bva] and take [lqch] him a nation from the midst [qrb] of another nation, by temptations [msh], by signs [avt], and by wonders [mvpt], and by war [mlchmh] , and by a mighty [chzq] hand, and by a stretched [ntha] out arm [zrva], and by great terrors [mvra], according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Deuteronomy 4:35 - Unto thee it was shewed [rah], that thou mightest know [yda] that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside [bd] him.
